A Ben favourite getting Bex and Myself through many months on a tight budget, a red paprika, ground cumin, garlic, tomato and red pepper sauce, combined with minced beef, cannellini and kidney beans makes for one flavour filled meal! Of course, its served with rice! Not forgetting some greek yogurt!
This sumptuous grilled sirloin with A simple ( not so simple ) garnish of tender silverskin onions and pancetta make the perfect accompaniment to the intensely-flavoured, tender sirloin, served on a bed of creamy mash and drizzled with a rich red wine sauce. A Ben favourite!
